About you

You are a passionate Data specialist with experience in digital agencies or consultancies. Hence, you understand digital marketing and the value it brings to the business. You are friendly, and collaborative and enjoy a good laugh at work.

Your day-to-day at Novicell

• Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reports for multiple clients.
• Conduct website “deep dives” and on-demand analysis, normally centred around Google Analytics and marketing campaign analysis.
• Implement and maintain a tag management system (such as Google Tag Manager) to streamline the deployment of various marketing and analytics tags.
• Partner with other specialists of the team (UX-UI, SEO, PPC, Strategy) to build and deliver valuable insights. Work along with the UX+UI team to implement, analyse, report and detect CRO improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new tools and best practices.

Skills & Requirements 

• 3 years of experience in Web Analytics, Tag Management Systems and analytics tools, Digital Marketing Implementation, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Web Analytics: Knowledge of web tracking tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and tagging implementations (Google Tag Manager) to measure website performance and user behaviour.
• Data Visualisation: Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Looker Studio or Power BI to create clear and actionable dashboards.
• Marketing Automation: Understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• GA4 and other Google certifications
  
• Skills in data warehousing, data integration, and data governance using SQL and tools like BigQuery to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Experience with CDP like Segment or Amplitude
• Previous working with agile methodology

A typical day at Novicell

You will start the day with the daily stand-up while having a coffee with your colleagues, and catching up on our main challenges as a team. Then, you will be working on different projects, and within that time you might have meetings with your team or the clients.
